Text
Shafta ḏ Pishra ḏ Ainia:
By Bel and Nebu and Nirig, in the names of those three lofty angels, evil and powerful ones that fetter you, you will be exorcized and depart from this body of N. son of N. Further, I have adjured you and laid an oath upon you, Evil Eye and Dimmed and Sunken, in the name of Markiel, and Rufiˀil and Gabriel the angel, so that they hate and ban the Evil Eye and the Dimmed, the Envious and Scornful (Eye), and the Eye that strikes and slays and cuts down. And you are closed off, banned, and excommunicated, made void, and removed and expelled from the house and building.
